Any sewage accounts with an outstanding balance that meet the criteria for shut off will receive a 30-day notice<\/strong> prior to service being shut off.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/i>Once a sewage account has received a 30-day notice, the\u00a0
entire outstanding account balance<\/strong><\/u>\u00a0must be paid before the account is removed from termination status.\u00a0NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.<\/strong><\/u><\/div><\/div><\/i>If the account still has an outstanding balance at the end of the 30-day period will have their property posted for shut off. Once you have received a final notice, you have 14 days thereafter to pay your delinquent amount. If not paid, you will be shut off with no further correspondence from EBMA<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/i>Accounts not paid in full<\/em><\/strong> by the end of the 14 days noted above\u00a0will be turned over to Pennsylvania American Water Company and scheduled for service termination. A $60.00<\/strong> administration fee will be charged to these accounts to cover paperwork, service man, shutoff and turn on.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/i>Once water service has been terminated, the
entire outstanding account balance must be paid in full<\/em><\/strong><\/u> before the water service can be reinstated.\u00a0NO EXCEPTIONS.<\/strong><\/u><\/div><\/div><\/i>If you or anyone presently and normally living in your home has a medical condition, aged, or a young child whose health and safety would be jeopardized by lack of water service, water service will not be stopped if the following conditions are met:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n- Have your physician fax a written certification that such circumstances exist, to 412-384-3144.<\/li>\n
- Contact Diversified Technology Corp. at (844) 324-5371 after the certification has been faxed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
