No-Lien Letter Request

In order to receive a no-lien letter certification, please provide the following:

1. Property Address
2. Tax ID Number
3. Seller/Buyer (if applicable)
4. Allegheny County Block and Lot Number
5. Date certification is needed by
6. A check for processing the request
7. Please include a self-adressed stamped envelope to return the certification letter.

Cost for a no-lien letter request is:

$35.00   –  for normal requests (7 business days or more)
$100.00 –  for expedited requests (less than 7 business days
