IMPORTANT: To all customers of EBMA, in response to the coronavirus, we are closing our offices until further notice and will not be accepting payments at the Authority Offices. Please make all payments through our Dropbox, Mail, Online and by phone. Accordingly, please find the information below.

Pay by Mail

You can mail a check or Money Order and the bottom portion of your bill to:

Pay by Phone

You can call 833-282-0830 and pay you sewage bill over the phone using MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or Debit.
(A convenience fee of 3% will be added to per transaction.)

You can deposit your payment and bill stub at one of our drop-off locations:

Please make sure to put your payment in the box labeled Diversified Technology Sewage, as there may be a drop-off box for other utilities.

Need a Payment Plan?

If you are having difficulty paying a sewage bill due to extenuating circumstances, a payment plan may be offered after the delinquent account has been reviewed. The payment arrangement is as follows: 

  • ½ down of the current outstanding sewage bill at issuance of the plan
  • 4 equal payments of the remaining balance plus the current sewage bill

Once the payment agreement has been initiated, failure to maintain the payment arrangement will result in termination of service. No payment plans will be offered after an account has received a 48 Hour Termination Notice.

Late Payments

To avoid penalties and interest charges (5% of the past due monthly bill) interest charge of 0.83% (10% per annum), plus a delinquent collection fee of $6.00, Please be sure to make your payment on time to avoid incurring these extra charges.
